Owner-operated renovation in Cambridge, MA
Sweet Renovation started in 2024 as a one-person company: painting, flooring, and remodeling done by the owner rather than passed between crews. You get one point of contact, one fixed price, and the same person on site from the first walkthrough to the final cleanup.
We work in Cambridge, MA and the towns within about 15 miles — Somerville, Arlington, Medford, Belmont, Watertown, Waltham, and Billerica, where we're based.
Four things that stay true
Owner-Operated
The owner quotes the project and does the work. You deal with one person the whole way through.
Insured
Sweet Renovation carries insurance — happy to share the details if you need them for your records.
Fixed-Price Quotes
You approve a fixed price for the agreed scope before any work begins.
Clean Sites
Floors and furniture protected, dust contained to the work area, and a cleanup before we leave each day.
Painting, flooring, and interiors
Interior and exterior painting — walls, ceilings, trim, doors, and cabinets. Flooring repair and installation — hardwood, laminate, vinyl plank, and tile. And interior remodeling — rooms, basements, bathrooms, kitchens, closets, ceilings, staircases, and feature walls.
