Do you handle demolition?

Yes. Demolition is done with the rest of the home protected, then the space is rebuilt — framing, drywall, flooring, trim, and fixtures.

Is the painting included in a remodel?

Yes. Final painting is part of the remodel scope, so you are not left coordinating a separate painter at the end of the project.

Who manages the project?

The owner. You deal directly with the person doing the work, from the first walkthrough to the final punch walk.

How do I get a remodeling quote?

Send the form or call (978) 930-5743. We walk the space with you and give you a fixed price for the agreed scope.

What We Do

Our remodeling work

That continuity is the point. Because the same person frames the wall, hangs the drywall, sets the trim, and paints it, tolerances stay tight and the finish matches from one end of the space to the other. We agree the scope and a fixed price with you first, then work through the project in order, keeping the site clean while we go.

Open-plan changes, wall removal, drywall, trim, and paint.

Basements & bonus rooms
