Ceiling Replacement & Recessed Lighting
An old stained ceiling tile system torn out and rebuilt as a clean white ceiling with evenly spaced recessed LED lights.
The Build
What we did in Billerica, MA
The existing ceiling tile was sagging, stained, and lit by a single fluorescent fixture. We removed the old tile and grid, opened up the cavity to check the joists, insulation, duct, and wiring above, then installed a new white ceiling on a fresh grid. The lighting was replaced with evenly spaced recessed LED lights on a deliberate layout, so the room is bright and even with no dark corners — and the walls and closet doors were cleaned up and repainted to finish it.
